Warranty and refunds

Please note, that products that may spoil, like food or flowers, cannot be returned in the Netherlands. Unused items such as bears and vases can be returned within the cooling-off period of 14 days.

If you want to return a product, please let us know within 14 days by email, stating your order number and reason for return.

You will receive a response with instructions from us as soon as possible. Shipping costs of returned items are at the customer's cost.
