The Philodendron Scandens is a beautiful fast-growing plant with heart-shaped leaves. The plant can be sold as a hanging plant, or like these ones, growing upwards along a moss stick.
The Philodendron Scandens is not difficult to care for. Place it in a spot where it gets no (or at least not much) direct sunlight. The plant does not need much water, but make sure that the soil remains slightly moist in spring and summer. In winter, the soil can be left dry for a few days before you water it a little again.

It is available as a hanging plant, or growing up along a moss stick like this variant.
The Philodendron is poisonous to humans and animals and is therefore not a good choice if you have small children or a pet.
The Philodendron Scandens is quite easy to care for. Put it in a place where it does not get (or at least not much) direct sunlight. The plants with lighter leaves can withstand sunlight better than those with dark leaves. The plant does not need much water, but make sure that the soil remains slightly moist. It is better to give little than too much water. In winter it can be left really dry for a few days before you give it a little water again.
Is your Philodendron Scandens getting yellow leaves? Then that is a sign that it has received too much water or sunlight. If you give too much water, the roots of the plant can rot. The plant will then lose leaves and because it can no longer absorb nutrients it will eventually die.
